Domestic:

Unlike many other web sites that have special rules and lots of fine print, Kumar Bros USA offers free shipping on all domestic orders placed on our website, with no minimum order sizes or special exceptions.

Just because shipping is free doesn’t mean it should take a long time. Kumar Bros USA understands that getting your items quickly is important to you, so we make every effort to ship your order the same day we receive it. When you order from our website, you can expect to receive your order within 3-5 business days.

International:

All prices are shown in US dollars. Any import duties, taxes or fees are the sole responsibility of the receiving customer.

All orders will be shipped by USPS Express Mail International. We have found that to be the most cost efficient, timely and reliable shipping method for International Orders. Typical transit time will be a minimum of 5 business days. If you want it sooner, then please contact us via email, website chat or phone for a DHL shipping quote.

Returns & Guarantees

You may return the unused item(s) in its original packaging within 30 days unless noted. Please contact us to get a return merchandise authorization (RMA) and send the item(s) to the below address:

Refunds will be issued in the same method of payment as the original payment. i.e. A purchase made with a credit card: a refund will be issued to the original account.

Kumar bros usa will not be responsible for customer’s error in ordering. It is the buyer’s responsibility to know what he or she is purchasing!
Kumar bros usa have a no refund-exchange only return policy. If a replacement is not available a refund will be issued. Kumar bros usa have a 14-days replacement guarantee on our parts.
Kumar bros usa extend no warranty towards the appearance of any parts. All parts are “used” unless otherwise stated!
There are no refunds on special ordered parts. We do not guarantee color matching on anybody or interior part. All parts are “used” unless otherwise stated! Used items will show minor wear and may have slight scratches, scuffs, cracks, marks, etc. Major damage or defects will be mentioned in the item description.
Kumar bros usawill not be held responsible for any lost item after it has been delivered to the customer’s requested shipping address. Signature delivery confirmation is strongly suggested. By agreeing to the purchase, you waive your right to signature confirmation upon delivery and sell responsibility for lost items. All shipments are insured, and must be dealt with thur the insured shipping company.
